Who we are

Enriched Learning Labs (ELLabs) is a learning center at Valle Verde 3 Clubhouse, Narra, Valle Verde 3, Pasig, Metro Manila. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). For any privacy question, write to our Data Protection Officer at hello@ellabsedu.com or call 0920 922 7270.

What we collect

• About you: your name, email, mobile number and home address.
• About your child: name, birthday, program and schedule, plus anything you tell us about allergies, health, care needs or learning support.
• Billing: statements of account, payments, and the proof-of-payment images you upload.
• Class records: attendance and notes our teachers make.
• Shop orders: the items you order and your proof of payment.
• Your account: your sign-in email and password. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), so no one at ELLabs can read them.

Why we use it

• To process your enrollment and reach you about schedules, fees and class updates.
• To care for your child safely, including knowing about allergies and care needs.
• To bill you, record your payments and send statements of account.
• To keep the records a school and a business are required to keep.

We never sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Your child’s health and care information

Information about your child’s health, needs and development is sensitive personal information. Only ELLabs staff can see it, and only when they need it to teach and care for your child. We ask for your consent before we collect it, when you sign up and when you enroll.

Who can see it

• ELLabs staff, through a staff-only system that needs a login.
• The companies that run our website and email, only so they can provide those services.
• Google’s Gemini AI service, which helps our staff look things up in our records. Before anything is sent, names, emails and phone numbers are replaced with codes, and health and care notes are never sent.
• Government agencies, only when the law requires it.

No one else.

Cookies and website visits

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We count page visits for our own reference without identifying you, and we don’t use advertising or tracking tools. Our map links open Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your records while your child is enrolled. After that we keep them only as long as we need them for school records and as tax and accounting rules require. Then we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

How we protect it

The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Only staff can open family records, parents sign in with a one-time code sent by email, and we keep regular backups.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to object, to have it deleted or blocked, to get a copy, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). You can update many of your details yourself in My account. For anything else, email hello@ellabsedu.com.
